U17s march on in cup, but the cup dream is over for the U13s, U15s.

Two goals from Stephen Johnson, and one from Mark Seabourne saw our Under 17s move on to the next round of the league cup against Ilkley 3-0, whilst our Under 15s lost at division 1 Boroughbridge, and our Under 13s went down bravely at Nidd United. Meanwhile, in the league, our Under 18s slipped to their first defeat of the season at home to Leeds Lions. 29/09/08

 

U13s open with a win, U15s have a goal-fest, U14s draw ten goal thriller, U17s lose at leaders, U18s march on!

Our new Under 13s opened their rain-delayed campaign with a 3-2 win at Knaresborough Celtic, with Piteu Crouz baggin a hat-trick in his first league start. Our under 15s trounced Leeds Maccabi 9-2, with Harry Uttley hitting 3 and a half goals (it's a long story), whilst our Under 14s were held to a frankly astonishing 5-5 draw at Ilkley. Meanwhile, our under 17s lost at early pace-setters Pannal Ash, and our Under 18s maintained their 100% record by beating Knaresborough Town 5-3. 14/09/08

 

U14s, U17s and U18s open with wins, U15s lose at Kirk Deighton

Our Under 14s started their delayed season with a thumping 7-3 win away at Leeds Maccabi, whilst the Under 17s triumphed 3-1 against Knaresborough Celtic, and the Under 18s beat Guiseley 6-2. Our U15s went down 2-1 at Kirk Deighton, where a late breakaway goal robbed them of a point. 14/09/08

 

Under 18 fixtures updated

The revised fixtures for our under 18s have been updated. They now kick off this Sunday (14th) at home to Guiseley. Go to their Team page for further details. The other fixtures for this weeking should be gliding majestically across the top of the page. 10/09/08

 

Dan's the Man for U15s

A goal in each half from Danny Squires saw our under 15s start the season with a 2-1 away win at Guiseley, whilst both our U13s and U14s were beaten by the weather when their games were postponed due to waterlogged pitches, and the under 17s were denied a game when Kirk Deighton resigned from the league. 07/09/08

 

The Big Kick Off

Our Under 13s, 14s, 15s and 17s all get their seasons underway this Sunday (7th September). The new look Under 13s kick off away at Harrogate Railway Braves. Meanwhile, our new Under 14s side are the only team to start at home when they take on Bardsey. The Under 15s travel north to Wharfedale to play Guiseley, whilst the Under 17s make the short trip to Kirk Deighton. 01/09/08
