30/11 - Players Urgently required.
Our under 14's team is deperately in need of players.
If you know someone who is in Year 9 at school this year, and
wants to play football, please e-mail the website to find out
details.

27/11 - It's a soggy 'un!

The rain played havoc with the fixture list this weekend, with
all of the Whinmoor teams washed out! In fact, only one fixture
was played in any of our leagues!

27/11 - Under 16s Match Off
Our under 16s are unable to continue their assault on the league
title after their game at Guiseley on Sunday was called off early
because of a waterlogged pitch.

22/11 - Under 11s trounce Tingley!
Our under 11s continue their great league form with a superb
6-0 win away at Tingley. Callum Kennedy is the Jermain Defoe
of Whinmoor, having notched 5, and the other one was scored by
Dylan Senior, which was his first league goal for the club.

22/11 - Under 14s go down fighting
Still struggling to put out a full side, our under 14s lost out
to Nidd for the second week running, despite having most of the
play in the first half.

22/11 - Under 15s move on in League Cup
Our under 15s side continue their excellent form with a 4-2
victory over arch-rivals Wigton Moor, to bring their record
to 8 consecutive victories in all competitions from the start
of the season.

22/11 - Old boy helps sink Under 18s
Our under 18s lost away to unbeaten Harrogate Railway, with former
Whinmoor player Mark Seabourne scoring against his former club.
Shame on him!

15/11 - Under 16s bow out
Our under 16s fought all the way but lost out to a single,
suspicious goal, 4 minutes from time, against Rothwell Town,
of the Leeds Premier League.

15/11 - Under 15s stride on in Cup
Our under 15s forged ahead with a 7-3 victory
over Farnley in the Leeds & District Cup

15/11 - Under 14s lose out to Nidd
Our under 14s were defeated at home by Nidd United, woefully
undermanned, with Tanvir, Carty and Douglas scoring in an 8-3 defeat.

15/11 - Under 11s crash out of cup
Our under 11's crashed out of the league cup, going down
to opposition from a higher division, Bramley Phoenix

8/11 - Under 15s go marching on
Our under 15s continued their perfect start to the season with a scrappy
2-1 win away at Harrogate Railway, to stride into the third round of the
League Cup.

8/11 - Under 18s complete the Pudsey double
Our under 18s completed their second victory over a Pudsey team by beating
Pudsey Utd 'B' 4-2 in a whole-hearted encounter.

8/11 - Under 11s keep the winning habit
Hot on the heels of their first win two weeks ago, our under 11s kept their
streak going with a fine 4-1 away at Shadwell. Callum Kennedy scored a momentous
hat-trick, and man of the match Ainsley Bell got the other.

8/11 - Under 14s fall short in Harrogate
Fielding only 10 men, our Under 14s held a 4-1 lead against Harrogate Railway Braves
with 15 minutes left, before the lack of numbers took their toll and they eventually
lost by 5-4. Jordan Carty notched a hat-trick, and Jake Douglas scored the other.

8/11 - Whinmoor v. Whinmoor : Whinmoor win!
Our under 10s filled a gap in the fixture list by having an 'A' v 'B' game.
The 'A; team game out victorious with a Koby McNamara hat-trick, Max Johnson
grabbing the other, whilst Nathan Frosdick pulled one back for 'B'.

8/11 - Under 16s punch above their weight!
Our under 16s shook off the cobwebs in their first game for 3 weeks by
beating Harrogate Railway U17s 3-2 in a tight contest. Two goals from
Harry Uttley and a superb header from Emilio Bozzo gave our lads a superb
3-2 win, after losing an early goal.

5/11 - Under 16s friendly arranged.
Our under 16s have arranged a friendly this Sunday, away to Harrogate
Railway. Could all players meet at the Wellington at 9.45am promptly.

1/11 - Under 18s win in Pudsey
Our under 18s had a fine win today, beating hosts Pudsey 'A' by 3-1
