Results round-up - 16th January
Our under 11s came back from the unofficial winter break with their best day of the season, and gave Harrogate Railway a rude introduction to 2011. The (a) team drew their first game 2-2, with Koby McNamara and Jonno Farrow finding the net, and then won their second game 6-0, with Jonno hitting a hat-trick, with Koby, Jake Turpin and James McElduff completing the scoring.
The (b) team also had a great day, winning both games. In the first, Ellis Ayo, Lewis Carry and Kyle Farrar all scored in a 3-0 win, and then they won their second game 4-0, with Ellis hitting a hat-trick and Nathan Frosdick getting the other. Ellis' mum shed tears of pride as her lad scored his first ever hat-trick!

Our under 12s came back from the winter break with a fine 9-1 win over Knaresborough, with Orlando Smith, Callum Freckleton and Jack Fordham all helping themselves to a brace, with Ben Vickers and Shaun Booth scoring and an own goal completing the list.

It wasn't such good news for the older teams. Our under 15s were beaten 4-0 at Leeds Maccabi, whilst our under 17s lost 6-0 at league leaders Ilkley.
